Training Program is Designed & Taught By a Certified Personal Trainer to ensure proper form – improving balance, flexibility, strength, cardio endurance, and daily movements. Program is limited to participants to allow more of personalized training that will enhance daily function and movements in life. (Ages 50+)
ELITE FIT – (POWER HIIT)
Program is Designed & Taught By a Certified Personal Trainer – you’ll learn proper form and how to make modifications that is for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! POWER HIIT gives you the BEST of BOTH WORLDS, maximizing your results by combining cardio and weights that will make you feel and look like a LEAN-MACHINE! HIIT (high-intensity interval training) is a total body workout designed to burn more fat, gain leaner muscle & tone without bulking up, and improve cardio endurance!
Taught By a Certified Personal Trainer – you’ll learn proper form and how to make modifications that are for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. This is such an AWESOME class! We’re going to mix-up various Core Training using light dumbbells and your own bodyweight that will strengthen your core and leave you with more defined abs! AB CORE – ON THE TURF!
Taught by a Certified Personal Trainer. Learn proper form and how to make modifications that’s for ALL FITNESS LEVELS. If you already LOVE AB Core Class – you don’t wanna miss this! We’re going to use slider discs on the turf, using your own body weight and resistance bands to strengthen your core and leave you with more defined abs! Come try it out – you are going to LOVE IT and the results!

TRAINING ZONE (FREE FOR MEMBERS)
Training Zone gives you access to our Cross Training Area – Reserved during *OPEN GYM* Times – (Offered Monday-Friday). We will provide a COMPLIMENTARY WORKOUT on the board designed by our Certified Personal Trainer – or you can do your own workout! The workouts are designed to train strength, cardio, and endurance, and to prevent from over training the same muscles to reduce the risk of injuries!
RHYTHM RIDE – (INDOOR CYCLING)
RHYTHM RIDE is so much fun and a great way to burn fat, improve cardio endurance, and strengthen your core! It is a choreographed ride to music, set to the tempo with jumps, climbs, sprints, and interval training. – [Freemotion Spin Bike Features]: SPD clip option, USB drive to record your training progress, keeping track of your Watts, RPM, and Speed. –*BRING A TOWEL & WATER BOTTLE for your convenience. *(Taught by a Certified Instructor) *(Easily Modified for All Fitness Levels)

Yin Yoga is slow paced & great if you are a beginner or just needing to get your yoga-fix! This class is perfect to relax those tight muscles, learn to breathe & relieve stress, improving flexibility, balance, and core. Exercise mats provided or you can bring your favorite Yoga mat. *(Taught by a Certified Instructor) *(Easily Modified for All Fitness Levels)
WOW… this class is loaded with FUN ENERGY, giving you a total body workout, combining Boxing, KickBoxing, Karate, and Muay Thai moves that will leave you feeling FIERCE and easily modified for ALL FITNESS LEVELS! This total body workout will burn fat, improve cardio endurance, build lean muscle with unlimited results and never get bored! This program is a blend of cardio kickboxing, bootcamp, jump rope drills, HIIT (high intensity interval training), adding dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, slider discs on the turf, and more that you are going to LOVE!
